Shared and Dual Heritage - Kirklees Council
This CD ROM production was deemed an important educational tool to advise teachers, practitioners and youth workers of the issues of young people with multiple heritage. The film follows a number of young people of multiple heritage, their views and opinions on their background and the effect it has on their lives. The sample showcased is taken from the terminology section where John Agard's poem 'Half Caste' is read by the poet Donovan Christopher. As a result of this film, The Production Company have produced additional films about race and dual heritage with a number of different organisations.
